We’ve declared a Severity 1 incident and are working to fix return the service as quickly as possible.
The outage has been mitigated.
DB load is dropping and service is slowly being restored
We have identified the issue and applied a tactical fix. SonarCloud is accessible again and the analysis reporting backlog is clearing up.
The remaining problem is that you can’t currently update Issue status. We are actively working on fixing this issue.
