[Resolved] Cannot invite a specific Github User

Hi,

I’ve been unable to invite github User https://github.com/Lajule into our sonarcloud organization. I had no issues to invite any other member of our team. I’ve tried with automatic synchronization with our GitHub organization and manually.

I don’t understand why we would have any issue with this specific user.

Hi,

Does Lajule already have an account on SonarCloud? It’s a pre-requisite whether members are automatically sync with the GH organization or not.
If you have activated the members synchronization, your team member has to be member in the GH organization and will be added automatically to the SC organization as soon as he creates his account (by logging with GH).
