i would like to ask for guidance concerning the popping up of popups.
popups pop up at different places … for example this one:
They are “removable” by clicking the (not shown) x … but they pop up sometime later again. Some. Not always maybe? And, by reading the below-mentioned other post, i remember that not all popups are shown to every user-role
I do not want to further inspect this crimescene myself … therefore i ask …
I found the abovementioned popup,
i found one popup for “nonexistant devops-config”(?) (i already posted a question some time ago concerning a different one),

Are there more? How can i configure the enablement of each one?

Is it about configuring when (and for whom) these various messages appear?
If that’s the case, they are all independent from each other. There is no centralized “notification management”. I think none are configurable (they each have a very specific behavior), but there might be exceptions.
If you have a specific request (one specific message is too noisy, for instance), we’d be happy to hear it!
Actually, i think you understood my intent quite well. I would like to be the steward of which “advertisements” get shown to my users.
I have not had a very deep thought process about that … thats why i asked for configurability … so that i can define actions later. It wouldn’t necessarily be smth like a “notification management”-ux … but i definitely would like to be able to en-/disable (each?) specific popup.
My thought process is already yet quite shallow concerning this topic … the most simple solution would be some kind of serverwide boolean setting for each possible popup.
And is it already clear what my used phrase “popup” targets?
My two examples are both rater static … what about the “popup” that shows when there were errors in the last scan and “click here to find out”? that would be something i want … but is that a popup?

My primary reason to start all this fuzz is the following: You decided to create somethingsomething AI and you decided to advertise it via popups. I disabled the ai-settings in the administrative settings, but still see advertisements popping up.
So i want them to “be gone”, too. And that started the more abstract train of thought about general configurability
