Publish Banner message in SonarQube

Hello Team,
Does SonarQube support publishing message to the users over banner?
A banner capability would help me, as an administrator, push notifications to a changing user community spread out over multiple physical sites and i would also like to use this for small surveys.

We’re trying to publish a warning banner on the Sonarqube login screen, were you able to find how it can be done?

This capability was removed between LTS 5.6.x and LTS 6.7. I agree it would be useful if they at least let us specify some banner HTML that displays at the top of every page.
