Question on SonarQube Docker Upgrade to 8.3

Hello,
We are currently running SonarQube Developer Edition 8.2 using docker.
When looking at the upgrade guide for 8.3 for the docker upgrade it has specific instructions for upgrading to 8.2+ but is that also needed when going from 8.2 to a newer version?

Welcome to the community! You should follow those instructions when upgrading from 8.2 to 8.3.
