Quality profiles has many deactivated rules after upgrade from 9.5 to 9.9

Make sure to tell us:

  • What version are you upgrading from?
    9.5->9.9
  • System information (Operating system, Java version, Database provider/version)
    Linux (migrated from Windows on 9.5 to Linux 9.5, then upgraded
    Linux to 9.9
  • What’s the issue you’re facing?
    Quality profiles are not configured correctly on the 9.9 system. On version 9.5 (Windows), there are 412 active rules. On 9.9 Linux there are only 10 active rules. These rules are in a quality profile based on the AIS Way quality profile

Hi,

Since the numbers don’t match from left to right, I suspect a problem with your Elasticsearch indices. Please:

  • shut SonarQube down
  • delete $SONARQUBE-HOME/data/es7
  • restart SonarQube

And check again.
