Quality Gate keep failing after exclud few js directories and add New Codes: Previous Version

I am getting quality gates error every times it runs. Problem starts after I exclude some javascript directories and add New codes: Previous Version.

Do you use sonarcloud-scan before executing sonarcloud-quality-gate in the pipeline?

Yes, I first do scan and then quality-gate in bitbucket pipeline.
