I’m deploying both class and related test class, I have tested in SF org it’s 100% code coverage but EP build failed in quality check stage due to no code coverage. please find log file in attachments

Based on your analysis command, it’s not clear to me that you’ve provided a coverage report to analysis.
Also based on your log, your version is past EOL. You should update to either the latest version or the current LTA (long-term active version) at your earliest convenience. Your update path is:
9.9.1 → 2025.1.3-> 2025.4 (last step optional)
