Pull request decoration did not happen. Failed to access Bitbucket Server, the repository or the pull request

    I’m trying to do Pull Request Decoration
  • what have you tried so far to achieve this
    I have done everything as per the document. till yesterday night everything is working fine including Pull Request decoration. But today morning when I check “Pull request decoration did not happen. Failed to access Bitbucket Server, the repository or the pull request” this warning is displaying.

Note: There are no warnings related to this in Build logs. This warning is displaying only on the SonarQube server.

Please help to resolve this issue.

Edit: After looking at ce.log logs in SonarQube server logs folder the following warning is displaying. But there is no further information.

Hi,

You say that until a night or two ago everything worked fine and suddenly there were problems contacting the server. So what we know is that the SonarQube-BitBucket integration was correctly configured. I have to ask: what changed or broke or glitched since that initial (correct!) configuration? Did your infra folks add a proxy? Move the BB server? Deactivate credentials or accounts?

Thank you @ganncamp, This is because of the network issue in our SonarQube installed server which blocked the outgoing requests.
