Pull request comments not visible in GitHub

We’ve integrated SonarCloud to our GitHub repository, and we get the SonarCloud Code Analysis check in the pull requests (and no warning messages in the analysis page), but we don’t get any code comments in GitHub. What could be the reason for that?

In addition, is there any way to check logs for the background tasks?

I guess you missed the announcement that SonarCloud moved to GitHub Checks, and you got “fooled” by some material not being updated yet. You can read more on PR analysis results are now displayed in the Checks tab of Pull Requests in GitHub.
