Hello everyone.
I’m having the same problem publishing code after scanning with SonarQube Cloud.
My user is an administrator of the organization, and the token used for SonarQube analyses and publications is causing an error when publishing private projects.
I also noticed that when trying to create a project, I don’t have permission to create new private projects, even though I’m an administrator.
I’m checking with the responsible team about the current account status and whether all payment and related matters are in order.
But I know that a month ago there was a negotiation and the plan was continued. So I believe we won’t have problems with this pending issue.
I would appreciate help as quickly as possible, as this is impacting the execution of numerous projects…
Thank you!
Hello, Colin.
I managed to find the cause. It was a plan renewal…
But at this moment I can’t apply the activation code sent by the sales team. The option to add the code doesn’t appear in Enterprise. Evidence follows.
Sorry, I forgot to send the evidence in my previous reply.
Hey @edmilsonbatista
Thank you for your contact, and prints.
Very sorry about the issue you’re facing.
Can you please confirm again? The issue should have been fixed internally and now you should have access to the full feature.
Best regards

Hello, thank you for your reply. The license has been reinstated. And I am once again enjoying the features.
Thank you very much for the resolution and the reply.
Note: I believe it would be worthwhile to check and adjust this “problem” regarding the lack of a renewal option with an activation code. This is especially relevant for future renewals.
