Problem adding repository

Hello,

I’m having a problem with my organization’s SonarQube Cloud. We’ve been using it for a while now to analyze PRs in our GITHUB repository, but we recently added a few more repositories and SonarQube Cloud isn’t recognizing them. They don’t appear in Sonar’s repositories for analysis. How do I update Sonar to get all the organization’s repositories?

Thank you

What do you mean by “isn’t recognizing them”? Have you (or someone with the right permissions created the projects?

My project on Github currently has a total of 28 repositories. And SonarQube is recognizing/showing only 23. The Sonar APP settings on Github are correct, it is authorized for all repositories. Do you know why the other 5 repositories do not appear? I created some of these 5 after installing Sonar on Github.

Hey @eduloopert

Sorry for the late response here.

If you have given SonarQube Cloud permissions to see all repos in your org, then it shouldn’t matter if they were created before/after.

One thing I would recommend trying is uninstalling the application from your organziation, and reinstalling it. The installation flow can be reinitated in your org-level Administration → Organization Settings → Organization binding after uninstalling from Github.

I’d be interested to know if your other repos show up after doing so!

I uninstalled it from github and did the binding again and it still only has 23 repositories.

Those are 23 projects you’ve already added to your organization. If you want to add more projects, you need to click here!

This requires having the Create Projects permission on your org. You probably have it if you’re an org admin.

Wow, that was it, simple stuff haha. Thank you very much.
