Problem accessing account, two factor code not received in e-mail

I’m currently having issues with getting access to my account. To login I use the Azure Devops login. The message appears that an e-mail has been sent to my account and the address shown is indeed the correct address. For some reason I do not receive the two factor code while I did receive the e-mail to activate the account to get access to the community.

Welcome to the community. From the records, I see that the email was bounced before (on 14th August). Can you give it another try now? Since you are able to receive emails, you should be receiving the OTP as well.
