I see the following reason for your email and the email bounced on our side:
550 5.4.1 Recipient address rejected: Access denied.
Can you make sure, you can receive email to this address and re-try login in.

The email does receive emails from other platforms and services. What was done was the domain change for that account, it was previously admin.azure.devops@pab.reyma.com.mx, and it has always logged in with the Azure DevOps profile. It has been tried again and the problem persists.
