Portfolio can't select the specified branch to monitor

  Enterprise edition 9.4

• what are you trying to achieve
  Specify the testinclude project’s dev branch to monitor in the third portfolio.

• what have you tried so far to achieve this
  Make sure my account has administrators permissions ;
  In Portfolio,set Manual as Project Selection Mode ;
  The dev branch has just been scanned and successful ;

Hey there.

Check the Project Settings > Branches & Pull Requests section of your project: is the dev branch “excluded from purge” (kept when inactive)?

This is a prerequisite for being able to include the branch in a portfolio.
