Hi SonarCloud, my organization has performed an upgrade from the free plan to the “100k private lines of code for 10 per month”-plan, but under Administration > Billing it still shows “Current plan: Free plan”. Could you tell me what the status of our current plan is?

If you are seeing the current plan is the Free plan, it seems that the upgrade was not successful, so you will need to upgrade again and make sure to finalize the upgrade process.
Is it possible that it was another organization that was upgraded? You can have multiple organizations under your account. To see all your organizations, click on the top right icon like this:
