Can't Pay for Upgrade

Hi all

I’m currently in the process of upgrading my organizations plan from the legacy paid plan, to the team plan with 1M lines of code. I have tried using multiple cards, both virtual and now the physical one to pay for the new plan, but none of them are working.

I am hoping for some clarity with which cards we can use. Due to the sensitive nature of this I’m hoping we can take the conversation offline.
