Can you provide the context in which you’re seeing this failure? And also the details of how you’re providing the token to the process that’s using it?
At a guess, the value is being munged somewhere during your process.

So we are seeing this issue for a while although we have generated new tokens with the expiry date. It shows the below error. Although we have followed the steps from the below we are having this issue. Please schedule a meeting or call to discuss on this issue as its affecting our work.

Okay, so the token in question is generated from within Azure DevOps?
Does the account you’re generating the token from have the required scopes within ADO (Expand the ‘Generating yoru Azure PAT’ section)?
