I am looking for a way to contact a support team, but I’m not having any luck!
My issue is that our organisation has disappeared!
We now only see: The page you were looking for does not exist.
Needless to say, this is quite a problem. Their support page lacks the ability to submit a ticket, and their support plan purchase page instructs you to reach out, stating that someone will get back to you. However, I don’t require commercial support - that is to say, of all the support categories they offer, none seem like they deal with the issue at hand, which is also more fundamental than “product installation”, for example.
Can you share your organization Id, as well as your SonarQube Cloud login? Also, does everyone in your organization see this same message, or only a few people?
Doing quick check in prod, I can confirm that the org with key hgem-vsts still exists, which leads me to believe this may be a permission issue. I’ll dig a bit deeper sometime today and update the findings.
Hi Richard - your org still exists and we can’t find any immediate problems with it. It shows up as having 6 users, 3 admins (including you).
Several questions to help us debug.
Is this still happening right now?
Can you confirm this is on the main (EU) instance of sonarcloud (sonarcloud.io) and not on any other instance (e.g. the new US-only instance, sonarqube.us)?
Thanks for the screenshot, that is quite bizarre. I’m gonna ask for one more thing:
Can you visit the “account” page and find your Login? It should contain your first name, last name, a bunch of random letters/numbers and maybe an @github or something along those lines.
