Old Project Archive in Sonarqube 9.9 LTS

Dear team,

I want to archive old projects in Sonarqube. Based on the result of last analysis, want to archive projects and then later decide on to clean them up. Is there any API or manual options to achieve this.

Hey there.

There’s no concept of “archiving” projects in SonarQube – what would be the goal? To have these projects no longer count toward your license? Or simply to shove them away (“hide” them)?

Thanks for your reply.
The goal is to make sure projects don’t count in license but preserve them in case we need it later. (recover projects). Also. if there is any option to export and import to use it as per our needs.

Project Move exists, although the goal is transferring projects between SonarQube instances, not preserving projects.
