How can I export a project from SQ non-Enterprise and import it in our new Enterprise Edition instance?
We are moving from several separate installations into a new company-wide Enterprise installation, but we need to keep track of project history.

You’re looking for the Project Move feature, which is available in Enterprise Edition. Your problem (I know you’re aware of this) is that you have to have EE to do the export from the source server before you can import into the target EE server.
I urge you to contact your sales rep, who will likely be quite happy to help you over this hurdle.
