Number of security hotspots metric in Quality Gate

Hello everyone,

My organisation has upgraded to the 9.9, and I’m researching our desired Quality Gate metrics. In the docs, on metric definition I’m reading about a Security Hotspots metric:

Security hotspots (security_hotspots): The number of Security Hotspots

But I can’t find this metric when building a Quality Gate, it’s not in the list of options, I’m only seeing the Security Hotspots Reviewed metric. Does anyone know how to find/use this setting in the Quality Gate?

Welcome to the community!

Not every metric is available to Quality Gates, and this is one of those that isn’t available. Why? We believe what’s important is not the raw volume, but how you’re doing on working through the review.
