Not all BitBucket Cloud Account show up in SonarCloud

Setup

Our paid SonarCloud account is tied to our paid BitBucket Cloud organization.

Problem:

The SonarCloud interface for Adding Members doesn’t find all our members in the BitBucket Cloud account. We’ve verified that under the Administration settings show This organization is bound. to our BitBucket Cloud account.
