I attempt to create a new project
create project → manually → enter display name
use global settings → create project
SQ then hangs/crashes and has to be restated (both IIS and the service)
Seems to be the same behavior if I log in as admin and try to create a project from that UI.

Regarding SonarQube, what do your server logs say?
Regarding IIS… I’m surprised and a bit disheartened that any traffic from SonarQube could crash it. And I guess you would want to take that up with Microsoft.
