New Organisation showing Projects as "Already Imported"

  • ALM used - Bitbucket Cloud
  • CI system used - Bitbucket Cloud
  • Languages of the repository - TS
  • Error observed

We’ve just created a new organisation and some of the repositories are showing as linked / already imported. These do not show up in the projects view in sonar, so I cannot delete them. I suspect maybe someone historically has tried out sonar and not deleted their organisation.

Ultimately this means that the scans for these repositories fail to execute completely as they cannot upload results.

e.g.

No workaround available. Please can someone from support reach out via PM, this has been suggested by sales admin.

Usually, this happens when a project is already imported from another Sonarcloud organization.

That means that the project needs to be removed from the Sonarcloud organization so you can import it from your own.

If you don’t have access to that org, please send me (in private message) your organization key and the name of the project that you want to import, and I’ll try to see if I can find from which organization they were already imported.

Thanks I’ll get in touch privately as we no longer have any access to any previous organisation that might have existed in the past.
