Need Help on Getting the License for New Server ID

I recently reinstalled SonarQube Developer Edition (v2025.6.1) and, unfortunately, the old database was accidentally deleted. As a result, the Server ID has changed, and my existing license key is no longer valid.

Details:

  • Issue: Database deleted, Server ID changed, license key invalid

Has anyone faced a similar situation? What is the recommended process to get the license reissued?
Please guide me on the process.

The default recommendation would be to restore a backup.

If you haven’t been making regular backups :downcast_face_with_sweat: then you’ll need to ping your sales contact and explain the situation.
