Monitor SonarQube v8.9.6 using Prometheus or any Other tool

Hello All,

We have setup SonarQube v8.9.6 in Kubernetes and we want to monitor overall SonarQube Application using prometheus or any other available supported tool.

Do we have anything in place which will support our requirement?

Hi @rsalunke1996 ,

in our LTS chart we have the option of injecting the prometheus JMX exporter to get you started. apart from that we will ship some more high level metrics with SonarQube 9.3.

Thank you so for prompt reply. As JMX Exporter is good enough for Java based applications but won’t give insights of SonarQube configurations. So any Alternative to export those metrics or anything is considered in next milestone or version?

This will come with SonarQube 9.3 (ETA end of january) so if this is a hard requirement for you, you might want to follow the latest release cycle rather than the LTS cycle

Perfect. Feel free to mark the resolution to your question and keep in mind that the LTS chart is not compatible with the latest version. there is a dedicated chart for that :slight_smile:
