We need to migrate from one Azure DevOps organization to another. However, neither in UI nor API I did not find any available action to disconnect one organization and connect to another one. Could you please assist me with that, or provide API request details to execute such a procedure?

Welcome to the community!
The SonarCloud organization is tightly coupled with the Azure DevOps organization and currently there is no way to “rebind” to another organization. For your use case, you would have to create a new organization that you connect to your new Azure org.
