Downgrading is pretty simple:

  • restore your DB backup of the old version
  • restart the old version.

Having few queries :

  • Upgrade was done more than 10 days ago and we don’t have a backup of that point of database. Database backup was taken 7 days back.
    how do we recover in this situation ?

  • If we create a new database, how can we copy data from old to new database?

  • If we create a completely new database and do the code analyze from scratch, how does my license work? because we are running on a 250k line quota in which we have almost used like 80% of it so if we do reanalyze on this new database with the same license, will that effect our license?

Without a backup, you can’t downgrade. That’s why the upgrade guide starts with a warning to back up your database.

This simply isn’t an option.

If you start with a new database… if your JDBC URL doesn’t change, the license should still work. But if not, your sales contact can help you out.
