Is this an automatic analysis? Or is the background task processing failing? And could you provide an approximate date/timestamp for this failure? Having that will make it easier to find in our logs.

Do you still experience this issue?

If you do, then we tracked it down to some data inconsistency within our database. Even if the root cause is not explained at the moment, a workaround is to change the project key, and then if you want to change it back to its initial value.

You can change the project key by going to your project Administration menu → Update key.
