It was working fine from January 5th to January 29th, 2024, but it has stopped working and no reports have been generated from the 29th up to now.

Could you please let me know the reason?

I’m sorry. I have lost the detailed information for the ID mentioned in the title, but I can provide information for other IDs. Here are a few examples.

Analysis ID “AY9cPBPAgH4R2YDy6i4w”

  • In Japanese Standard Time (JST), the date and time are May 9, 2024, 4:40 PM.
  • In Greenwich Mean Time (GMT), the date and time are May 9, 2024, 7:40 AM.

Analysis ID “AY9btUvP4IujYR9AOfHp”

  • In Japanese Standard Time (JST), the date and time are May 9, 2024, 1:58 PM.
  • In Greenwich Mean Time (GMT), the date and time are May 9, 2024, 4:58 AM.

Hi @maikimura, thanks for sharing the issue with us. We’ve investigated one of the failures and we could get some information out of the logs. I will open a private thread with you to share some of the details we see, and see if you could help us as well!

can you please try forcing UTF8 encoding to parse the files? You can do so by setting:

 -Dsonar.sourceEncoding=UTF-8

My guess is that the scanner host default encoding may be different to UTF8 and the locations do not match the ones from SonarCloud.

I have specified sonar.sourceEncoding=UTF-8 in the .sonarcloud.properties file, but I am encountering an error during the analysis process.
The Analysis ID displayed is “AY–TwfpYZUZu2Bcq7P7”.

Could you please help me verify if there is any mistake in the configuration method? Any guidance or suggestions you can provide would be greatly appreciated.
