Issue with Adding SonaQube extension from Azure Marketplace

Hi Everyone,

Please I need help with installing SonaQube extension from Azure Marketplace in my Azure DevOps 2019 server.

The error I get is “We’ve encountered an error while downloading the extension. Please try again later”
and “Permission session could not be loaded” on the same page.

Please who can advise on how this can be resolved. Help would really be appreciated.

Hey there.

Probably the best way to troubleshoot this is to ask your Azure DevOps admins to look into the logs and understand why it failed – have you done that?

Hi Colin, thank you for your response. I’m the Azure DevOps admin. I got to know it was because of the size of the Sonarqube extension.
