Issue resolution on PR does not get reflected after Merge of PR?

Hello Team,

I am trying to set up a process for issue resolution in Sonar for issue reported during code analysis .

We have sonar analysis runs during PR then it also runs on Master branch after merge of PR

So for any issue on PR if I have updated resolution as ‘Won’t fix ‘ or ‘False Positive’ it reappears on Master after Merge . The resolution comments does not flow to Master is it normal behavior of Sonar as it does not require Code change ?

Can you please confirm .

Hi,

Your version is past EOL. You should update to either the latest version or the current LTA (long-term active version) at your earliest convenience. Your update path is:

9.9.4 → 2025.1.4 → 2025.5 (last step optional)
