Template for a good bug report, formatted with Markdown :
versions used - Sonarqube7.9.1 LTS
error observed - Issue reports are disabled and showing 0

Hey there.
Looks like the last analysis of the project was in November 2015 – 5 years ago when I was still in University
I would reccomend reanalyzing the project so that SonarQube is using fresh data. It’s the last step on our Upgrade Guide

Reanalyze is not helped much, still it is same issue.

Greetings,
To me, this implies something is wrong with the Elasticsearch index, and it’s worth reindexing (stop your SonarQube instance, delete the data/es6 folder from your SonarQube installation and restart SonarQube)
To understand anything about why analysis might not be working as expected, I suggest providing the logs from your reanalysis.
