Hey there.

SonarCloud allows authentication through the various DevOps platforms that it supports, but does not support syncing group information. You will have to manually create/manage groups.

We recently announced SonarCloud Enterprise, which includes SAML authentication. This support also includes Azure AD / Entra and Okta and group syncing.
