Is there an extra cost to support Cobol on Sonar Lint?

SonarLint itself (the IDE extension) is free and open-source.
However, analysis of COBOL in SonarLint for VSCode is only available in connected mode with SonarCloud or SonarQube Enterprise Edition and above.
The extra cost is the one that comes with the subscription (to SonarCloud) or license (for SonarQube).
