I would like to setup inline comments from SonarQube on pull requests in Bitbucket Cloud.

Is this possible with the current version of SonarQube?

Pull request decoration starts in Developer Edition($). What edition are you using? If you’re not sure, you can check your page footer. And if you’re already using a commercial edition, those docs^ should get you started.
