Initial Sign-up. Importing GitLab group but having "An unexpected error occurred. Please try again"

I followed the steps here GitLab | SonarCloud Docs to get started but I am experiencing an error. I tried using the group name and group ID but the same error.

Hey there.

You should make sure you’re using the group ID (not group name).

As noted in the docs

Note that the user that is logged into SonarCloud must be an owner of the GitLab group.
