Impossible to extend a quality default profile (Sonar Way build in) and deactivate an inherited rule

• in Sonar Community Build v26.1.0.118079
• SonarQube deployed: Docker
• We are facing an issue when creating an inherited Quality Profile (from Sonar Way in Java) to be able to disable some inherited rules. As this topic Help or NFR: Better way to deactivate rules that are active in SonarWay profiles has already treated this point, we expected that the behavior was correct.
  The “desactivate” button is always greyed.
• We try with a copy of Sonar Way for Java, and the button is enabled to desactivate some rules
• Is this a regression as it was announced in 10.3 version (SonarQube 10.3: the latest version from Sonar)

Thanks for your response !
I effectively found the global setting to enable or not this functionnality (ie : Quality Profile > Enable deactivation of inherited rules).
It was not turned on !
It will be great that a warning near “greyed desactivate button” explains that there is this global setting to enable if we want to disable some inherited rules. otherwise, we can think like be it is a bug.

We actually also stumbled on this issue and a fix is being worked on!
