im using Community Edition Version 9.4 (build 54424)
on a docker container on a Centos 7 machine
im new to sonarqube and recenetly i have implemented a jenkins pipeline for analyze a react app triggered at any push on the scm branch,
the analisys go smoothly but i cant configure the email test i have tryed and im sure that the data are correct,
infact is i try whit the same smtp user port etc on another mail client it works,
when i try on the UI to send the thest i get error" double check your smtp password…",
i have tryed also to add the following lines to the file sonar.properterties but when i do this i get the error " an error occured contact your administrator",
any help would be appreciated also another way to send a report via email after each scan would be ok.

Email settings are configured via the UI, not the sonar.properties file.
Unfortunately we’re not going to be able to help with this.
