SonarQube 9.8 Community version not sending email reports

Hi Team,
I am using SonarQube 9.8 community edition. When I try to configure my email it’s always saying email id/pass not correct no matter how many times I cross check all the email configuration and ports etc. I also tried to create app password in email but, the issue still the same.

Any help would really appreciated.

What do the logs say?

Hi Colin,

There are no logs generated while trying to send a test email using Sonar UI. Sonar only shows invalid Email/Pass

I would recommend moving your log level up to DEBUG (global Administration > System > Log Level) and keeping an eye on your web.log log file.
