I cannot signup in sonarcloud.io with Azure DevOps

Hi guys, I’m trying to SignUp into SonarCloud with Azure DevOps and when I try to login in Login Microsoft Page, I receive this message:

We have problems to make login with you account.

AADSTS50020: User account ‘rodrigo.torres@nextsoft.com.br’ from identity provider ‘live.com’ does not exist in tenant ‘SonarSource’ and cannot access the application ‘0cd6ff8b-c8a8-4ab6-8f60-516f5bc5354a’(Sonarcloud) in that tenant. The account needs to be added as an external user in the tenant first. Sign out and sign in again with a different Azure Active Directory user account.

How I solve this problem? I have to test sonarcloud with my Azure DevOps account.

EDIT: I already have tested with my personal account with @outlook.com.br and I get the same error.

Hi @Rodrigo,

This error message means that you’re probably using a school or personal account, or a type of account unfortunately not still supported by the authentication library we’re using.
