How to see who changed an issue to 'Resolved as won't fix'?

Developer Edition Version 9.9

In the SonarQube UI, I can find issues with Resolution “won’t fix” but I can’t find a way to see who put it in that state or when. If there is a comment, I can see that, but not otherwise.
Is there a way to see who set the resolution?

Hey there.

Just click on the date (in the screenshot, 9 months ago) and see the issue changelog.
