How to filter old severity on 10.6

HI，Team:
SonarQube 10.6
I have custom my rule extend the inner rule,and i have change the severity of them.
How can i filter the custom rule with old severity?
For now, the severity in the response of api/rules/search, only return the severity of the inner rule.

We anticipate bringing this back before the next LTA (due in January).
