Does below command download the developer edition of the sonarqube?
sudo wget https://binaries.sonarsource.com/Distribution/sonarqube/sonarqube-9.1.0.47736.zip

wget https://binaries.sonarsource.com/CommercialDistribution/sonarqube-developer/sonarqube-developer-9.1.0.47736.zip
