How long legacy plans will be supported?

Hello,

we got a following message on our billing tab:

“The legacy paid plan will soon no longer be supported. To ensure a smooth transition, we recommend that you modify your existing legacy plan to the Team plan or another suitable plan that meets your current and future needs.”

I would like to clarify two things:

  • How long will the legacy paid plans continue to be supported?
  • What exactly will happen once support for these plans is discontinued?

Hi,

We don’t have an exact date to share for all organizations. You’ll receive an email well ahead of the end of support for your legacy paid plan.

If you haven’t chosen a new plan by the time the legacy plan is dropped, you’ll be moved automatically onto the team plan.

Note that you can choose to downgrade and still retain some private projects.
