Hi all, I requested a demo license key for the developer edition but can’t understand how is the server ID relevant to the license key and why should I configure the external database prior to using the license key?
The license is provisioned for a specific Server ID, and that Server ID is tied in part to the JDBC URL you configure for your SonarQube instance. You may also want to refer to the documentation on License Administration.
