How do I regain access after my email address in Azure DevOps was changed?

Template for a good new topic, formatted with Markdown:

  • ALM used (GitHub, Bitbucket Cloud, Azure DevOps)
  • CI system used (Bitbucket Cloud, Azure DevOps, Travis CI, Circle CI
  • Scanner command used when applicable (private details masked)

I no longer have access to my previous email (thomas.peterson@na.crh.com) as it has been changed to (thomas.peterson@crh.com). I am the adminstrator for our SonarCube Cloud instance and need to regain access.
Can you please help me regain access? I couldn’t find a support email anywhere so I am writing this here.

It won’t be possible to restore access to your former account if you no longer have access to that e-mail address. This means that either:

  • Somebody else in your organization who can administer the organization adds your new account
  • If there is nobody who can do that (for example, you’re the only org admin), you get in touch via the SonarCloud contact forum.

Ok, thanks. All of our email addresses were changed so we’re out of luck. I’ll post this in the other forum.
