Hi,

For our POC we used personal github account - but now that we have purchase SonarCloud license - we did like to know how can we intergrate the same with our Github Enterprise instance.

For on-premise setups (like GitHub Enterprise), SonarQube is the relevant solution. SonarCloud is not meant to integrate with on-premise installations - which is why you can log in only through the cloud-based services GitHub, Bitbucket Cloud and VSTS.
