Sonarqube v7.9.1 is not starting with sonar-build-breaker-plugin-2.2.jar.

It seems you’ve got an incompatible plugin installed. You should remove it.

This plugin(v2.2) is working in another sonarqube version - 6.7.5 And 2.2 is the latest version of build breaker plugin.

This is a community-supported plugin, which for quite a while now has been neither maintained nor recommended by SonarSource. It doesn’t appear that there is a version compatible with SonarQube 7.9. If you’re using Jenkins, you can get the same effect natively.
